Yoshiyuki is a computer nerd who knows everything about persocons. On message boards his screen name is “Dragonfly”. He likes to start fights and has gotten into a fight with “M” or Minoru before. He wants to know about every kind of special persocon, and will abandon old persocons for new ones.
After Minoru posts something about Chii on a message board, Yoshiyuki gets interested in her. He sees her at a bookstore and kidnaps her. Back at his house he hooks all his persocons up to her to find out about her and after hours of scanning they still cannot penetrate her defense. He goes to try to press her reset button but wires come out of her ears and tie him up to a wall. At this time Hideki comes to take her back.
After this Minoru is forced to ask for Yoshiyuki’s help to find out info about Chii, much to Hideki’s dismay. Yoshiyuki, being the person he is, tells Minoru to hack in. Hideki and Yoshiyuki don’t get along well and whenever Hideki sees Yoshiyuki he beats him up in some way. But how can you blame him! Yoshiyuki's just a sad little computer geek.
